what to expect

In therapy with me, i will support you in two ways:

We will explore where your anxiety and low self esteem comes from by identifying connections with how early childhood experiences have shaped your identity, relationships and patterns at work

I will offer you new relational experiences to repair what happened to you. By having unmet needs met, being seen, accepted as you are and be loved without having to work for it it so you no longer feel the energy to keep repeating the behaviours which are no longer serving you.
