20 minute discovery call: FREE
50 minute individual therapy session: £95
90 minute group therapy session: £45

I am unable to offer a sliding scale.

Payment is to be made via bank transfer the day before the session. For long term clients, block booking a month at a time is also possible.

I am currently only taking on new or returning clients seeking online therapy.

Depending on your needs, i can offer sessions weekly or fortnightly.

Online session availability:
-Tuesdays at 11am
-Wednesdays at 12pm (fortnightly only)
-Thursdays at 2pm

Unless otherwise agreed, we will meet at the same day and time each week/fortnight.

I work in an open ended way, so the length of time you decide to attend therapy is completely individual and will be dependent on the issues you wish to work through.

I will reply and arrange a free 20 minute phone call with you (usually within the next 24 hours - keep an eye on your junk mail!)

I will ring you at the agreed time to have an informal chat where you can share in more detail what you are needing some support with and for me to answer any questions you might have about how therapy with me could help you.

If we both decide to proceed, we will schedule in our first session within a week.

I will email you my counselling contract and a form for you to fill in with your basic details to send back to me; and a zoom link if we are meeting online which will work for all our sessions.

You make payment by bank transfer the day before our apt and then show up for our session at the agreed time. That’s it!

your first therapy session

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous decision and you understandably might feel a bit nervous about what will happen in our first session. I will invite you to share any feelings you have about being in therapy, but the focus of session will be led by you and what it is that’s troubling you. It’s okay to not know what you might need from attending, part of my role is to support you with this.

We will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you and I won’t make you talk about anything you don’t want to. I won’t ask you fill in questionnaires or set you any therapy homework.

I always see our first sessions as just opportunities for us to get to know each other better. There is no pressure to do anything else other than that.
